Control Panels Electric Load
Annealer control panels provide accurate temperature control with optional over-temperature control. All annealer panels come equipped with through-door disconnect switches that prevent the door from opening while the panel is on. The control panel has an off/on switch, a controller enabled light, a Watlow PM temperature controller with overtemp control, a Dinamite SCR with fuses, definite purpose contactor, and a 240/120VAC transformer. Panels are designed with heat dissipation in mind and come with two vents with filters to ensure cool, clean operations for long-life.
Panels are available for use with 120V, 208V, and 240V, single and three phase power may be supported. Controls may be mounted on side (as shown) or in the lid of the panel. Please specify amperage and voltage when ordering. All annealer control panels are UL Type 1.

Color oven control panels are similar to the annealer panels, including the optional over-temperature protection. The controls are usually mounted on the top of the panel for easy access and visibility. For top-loading color boxes, a door limit switch is mounted to the top of the enclosure. This switch interrupts power to the elements when the color oven lid is opened, preventing any possible user contact with energized elements.
